School Incident Reporting
A simple yet formal system for recording all incidents and minor accidents occuring to pupils, during the school day.
By completing the incident slip with details such as pupil name, date, incident type, treatment administered etc. a master record of all incidents is automatically created.
The incident slip is sent home at the end of the day with the child, thus ensuring that the parent/guardian is fully aware of the incident.
The master record can be used to identify trends and recurring problems.
