A new internet based visitor management system that can book visitors into a building from any internet enabled PC and create photo ID badges ready for their arrival has been launched by SG World. The system speeds up and simplifies the visitor reception process in a way that enhances security, eases front-of-house workload and creates a positive impression for visitors and tenants.

SG World has been developing paper based systems for 20 years, and has used its understanding of visitor management to create a web based system that meets all the security, staffing, health and safety and pre-booking requirements of even the largest multi-site or multi-tenant facility.  The product is called iReception and can be installed on an intranet or hosted on a secure iReception website account. It enables staff to pre-book or re-book visitors in from their PCs’, and have a personalised photo badge waiting for their arrival. The system is simple to operate and requires little or no training for users or reception staff.
