Psion Repairs Service

To repair your machine, please request an RMA number (Return of Material Authorization number), using the blue panel on the right.

You can also check the status of your repair using the RMA Tracker within the same panel.

Please note that repairs within the terms of the warranty* will be arranged on the phone by our Customer Service Department; a copy of your proof of purchase will be required before a repair reference number (RMA) can be created.

RMA AREA

Request an RMA - To create an RMA number, you will need to enter your personal details, product details and a brief description of the fault. The appropriate delivery address and payment options will be then available for you.

RMA Tracker - Please, choose this option if you already have an RMA number and you would like to be updated on the status of your repair.
