Liebherr Great Britain Ltd - Relocation
Liebherr Great Britain Ltd, UK subsidiary of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction machinery, has moved into a new three storey office building alongside 5,000 sq metres of service, test and spares facility in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
Managing Director Bruce Field acknowledged the support of the local authority during the construction phase and said "We are delighted to be in Biggleswade and have been made extremely welcome."
Over the years this family business has grown into what is today a group of companies, with approx. 21,000 employees in more than 90 companies on all continents. Liebherr employs approximately 70 people at Biggleswade but expects to recruit more as UK business grows.
