A mixed used development to be constructed on the former Vauxhall car manufacturing site in Luton. The plans include up to 45,000m2 office accommodation, up to 11,950m2 general industrial accommodation, a 200 bed hotel and fitness centre and substantial bulky goods retail space.
Napier Park is convenient for Luton town centre and close to Luton Airport Parkway railway station, the airport and the wider national road network. The arrival of the East Luton Corridor and Translink guided busway will make the development even more accessible.
