Colworth Park, North Bedfordshire
Unilever and property company Arlington are jointly to develop Colworth Park on Unilever's Bedfordshire site with the aim of attracting established R&D companies as well as small entrepreneurs. Unilever will remain a core occupier and continue to use Colworth for life sciences and exploratory research.
Colworth offers a choice of building and tenure options, including opportunities for build-to-suit solutions tailored to an occupant's exact requirements. Existing laboratory and office accommodation is available from 20 square metres up to some 20 hectares available for larger relocations.
