Cranfield Technology Park
 The park adjoins the Cranfield University campus and extends the strong links between the University and industry and commerce.
The University’s development partner can undertake design and build projects up to the size of the Nissan Technical Centre Europe facility (220,000 square feet or 20,440 square metres) which is on the Park. There is also existing space to let and at the centre of the Park is a thriving innovation centre to house early stage knowledge-based businesses in suites ranging from 26 square metres to 165 square metres. Cranfeild University has also recently opened a Business Incubation Centre (CUBIC)on the campus.
